We offer a range of Home Protect plans to suit your needs and your budget. Depending on the plan you choose, your boiler, central heating system and heating controls will be covered in the event of a breakdown. We also offer affordable cover for landlords.
Our bolt on plan for landlords includes a Gas Safety Certificate.
For an additional £5.50 per month, landlords can benefit from the same levels of cover as offered above in our Home Protect Plans. Simply select your ideal level of cover and add on landlord protection.
Since a protection plan counts as a maintenance and repair service, the cost can be deducted from your tax. This reduces the overall cost of your plan.

A Landlord Gas Safety certificate is a legal requirement to prove that all the neccesssary safety checks have been carried out on your property.
